Hey friends! Our next run will be this Thursday April 23 at 6:30 pm. We will meet at Foster Park in Pavilion #1 (the bigger one). We will spend just a couple minutes talking about the situation in DRC and pray. Then we'll get into a couple of groups based on running vs. walking and head out for a few miles. It is supposed to be beautiful by Thursday so it will be a great time to outside!
As before, if you know of anyone that would like to join us, feel free to bring them along! Also, I am trying to get an actual calender up on this blog so you can look ahead to the whole month, but as I've said before, I am still learning how to do this whole 'blog' thing! In the meantime, you can look forward to Thursday and also to next Wednesday for an opportunity to get together and watch the film "Sometimes in April." (Its about the genocide in Rwanda that has continued to affect the people of DRC).
